Managed, escalated, and resolved over 300 constituent cases regarding client accessibility to local, state, and federal government subsidies, programs, benefits, and amenities (via the Office of NYS Senator Jabari Brisport).
Developed, produced, managed, and facilitated the constituent advocate onboarding packet for incoming advocacy staff for the Office of NYS Senator Jabari Brisport. This packet helped integrate social worker techniques and methods into sociopolitical casework among advocacy staff for the Brooklyn 25th Senate District constituency.

THREAT MITIGATION

Led & protected over 1k tenants in Atlantic Plaza Towers from the installation of unwarranted landlord facial recognition surveillance technology.
Developed, produced, & disseminated a tenant council anti-surveillance advocacy & organizing toolkit to continue combating unwarranted landlord surveillance in affordable housing, similar to Atlantic Plaza Towers.
Developed, produced, enacted, & updated the emergency contingency plan that mitigated 7 bomb threats for the DeKalb County Voter Registration & Elections (VRE) during the 2024 November General Election in Decatur, GA.
